The activities´ program is the task of the professor in charge of each group, as they may have a variety of proposals and therefore it might be modified according to the professor´s criteria and their own teaching experience

Brief Introduction to the subject
Environmental Law has become a high-profile legal discipline, within the framework of the Social and Democratic State. The subject allows the student of the Degree in Law to deepen the study of a very relevant sector of the administrative activity, leading to a potential specialization in administrative law. The subject is structured in five thematic blocks:
- 1. First thematic block (chapters 1 to 3): The citizen of the ecological state.
- 2. Second thematic block (chapters 4 to 6): Sustainability of public and private management
- 3. Third thematic block (chapters 7 to 9): Sanctions and reparations for environmental damage
- Fourth thematic block (chapters 10 to 12): Purity of water, air and soil
- Fifth thematic block (chapters 13 to 15): The diversity of plant and animal life
